A farmstead creamery, to be called Blakesville Creamery, is currently under construction at the farm. The creamery will produce artisan cheese using our farm milk. Our creamery will be led by General Manager and Head Cheesemaker Veronica Pedraza. We hope to open for production beginning in Spring, 2020 with products available later in the year through store and restaurant locations. There will not be any retail sales on site.
